Because how do humans live?
Ms Peachum: Because what does a human being live on? He who constantly
Robs, harasses, attacks, suffocates and eats his fellow man.
Yes, what holds humans together is that they hasten
To forget that he is still human.
(The Threepenny Opera / Bertolt Brecht)

Festival Les Instants Vidéo is an event dedicated to all forms of video art and electronic poetry (screening, installations, performances). In October and November, the festival takes place in Friche la Belle de Mai in Marseille for 4 days of international encounters, screenings and performances.
It explores, as one explores a city, different ways of presenting the works, and in the continuity of Fluxus, endeavours to avoid the “entre-soi” by mingling the worlds (social, health, education, integration…). It is therefore enhanced by wonderful escapades in other places in Marseille, in the south of France and abroad.

Each artist will be informed of the festival’s selection in July.
Be sure, we’ll be watching your work carefully, because we know that electronic poetry is fragile and delicate: a quivering.

We look forward to receiving your work!
