APRIL TO JUNE
ATELIER THE PROGRAMM’ACTEUR.RICE.S

The year 2026 will be a transitional year for l’atelier Les programm’acteur.rice.s workshop, who will be responsible for selecting the art works to be presented within two ephemeral popular galleries, ADPEI and SAVS – Espoir Provence, in the frame of the 39th Festival Les Instants Vidéo.

Since 2017, Les programm’acteur.rice.s. have defended the idea that encountering a work of art is never a matter of prerequisites, but rather of openness, curiosity, and a desire for dialogue, despite persistent perceptions associated with contemporary art (elitist, inaccessible, detached from everyday life).
We believe it is time to reaffirm—and to demonstrate through experience—that we are all legitimate in receiving, feeling, sharing, and discussing what artists offer us, regardless of our background, social origin, or level of familiarity with the codes of contemporary art.
