Subharmonics

L’exploration de l’inconscient, où tout est interconnecté, où rien n’est figé et où l’accent est mis sur le changement perpétuel. Dans un état de conscience naturellement modifié, les frontières du temps et de l’espace s’estompent. Les sons deviennent visibles, les formes audibles. Une concentration plus profonde révèle davantage : des connexions entre les tonalités et les sous-tons, liées aux formes visibles et à leurs reflets, interagissent périodiquement.

Exploration in the unconscious where everything is connected, nothing is determined and the emphasis is on the ever-changing. In a naturally altered state of consciousness, the boundaries of time and space dissolve. Sounds become visible, forms audible. Deeper focus offers more: connections of tones and undertones linked to visible forms and their mirrored reflections – periodically interacting with each other.

Marcell Mostoha (1994) est diplômé réalisateur de films d’animation de Budapest. Il accorde une grande importance aux opportunités offertes par la pensée interdisciplinaire et croit en la libre interchangeabilité des genres. Outre l’animation et la musique, il est également artiste plasticien, spécialisé dans le graphisme et la peinture traditionnels, avec un intérêt particulier pour l’abstraction. Son film de fin d’études, Avant, a remporté le Prix du Jury au 60e Festival international du film d’animation d’Annecy en 2021. Marcell Mostoha (1994) graduated as an animation director in Budapest. He finds opportunities offered by interdisciplinary thinking to be particularly significant and believes in free interchangeability between genres. In addition to animation and music, he also works as a fine artist, focusing on traditional graphics and painting, with primary interest in abstraction.
