Mireille Tawfik fait ses premiers pas comme réalisatrice avec le court documentaire expérimental, Marquer les fins. Artiste multidisciplinaire, elle œuvre dans le milieu du théâtre, comme autrice, interprète et médiatrice culturelle. On a pu la voir dernièrement sur la scène du théâtre Duceppe dans la pièce Mama de Nathalie Doummar. En 2019, elle crée DM-moi, un parcours déambulatoire interactif en arts médiatiques à la Bibliothèque du Boisé, avec un groupe d’adolescents du quartier St-Laurent à Mtl.

Mireille Tawfik is making her debut as a director with the experimental short documentary, « Marking the Ends. » A multidisciplinary artist, she works in the theater field as a writer, performer, and cultural mediator. She was recently seen on the stage of Duceppe Theatre in Nathalie Doummar’s play « Mama. » In 2019, she created « DM Me, » an interactive media arts walking tour at the Boisé Library, with a group of teenagers from the St-Laurent neighborhood in Montreal.
