« La grande confrontation ne pourra être indéfiniment reportée. » C’est un espace dans lequel des corps sont soumis aux effets d’une mémoire, piégés dans une boucle temporelle. Le taxi est en retard… Nous entrons dans une zone de transition. À l’horaire rouge, nous rencontrons des corps rouillés et brumeux. Le récit d’une libération nationale crée des entités portant en elles des résidus mémoriels et traumatiques. Transition d’une lune rouge, le véhicule s’inscrit dans un sillon où la sortie est impossible, les entités se perpétuent à huis-clos. Le corps fœtus s’extirpe avec douleur du collectif, il tente d’échapper au collectif.

Ghyzlène Boukaïla, artiste multimédia et réalisatrice, diplômée du Fresnoy Studio National des Arts contemporains, poursuit ses recherches et ses projets entre l’Algérie et la France. Son travail mêle film, sculpture et son. Issue d’un travail de recherche documentaire, sa méthode consiste à explorer l’interstice des effets d’un souvenir sur l’existence d’entités non binaires. À travers ses installations et ses films, elle propose des reconstitutions et constructions de récits liés aux (r)évolutions socio-politiques et numériques.

Ghyzlène Boukaïla, multimedia artist and director, graduated from the Fresnoy Studio National des Arts contemporains, continues her research and projects between Algeria and France. Her work combines film, sculpture and sound. Coming from a documentary research work, her method is to explore the interstice of the effects of a memory on the existence of non-binary entities. Through her installations and films, she proposes reconstitutions and construction of narratives linked to socio-political and digital (re)evolutions.
