Alone

Le projet explore la solitude existentielle comme une condition universelle et pourtant profondément personnelle, ancrée dans la trame de l’existence humaine. Les images originales ont été capturées numériquement. Pourtant, cet enregistrement initial n’était que le début d’un processus de déconstruction délibérée : chaque image a été imprimée, modifiée physiquement à la main et imprégnée de traces matérielles. Il en résulte un film où chaque surface porte le souvenir tactile de la perte, et chaque image devient un acte silencieux de résistance à l’effacement.

The project explores existential loneliness as a universal yet deeply personal condition woven into the fabric of human existence. The original footage was captured digitally. Yet this initial recording was only the beginning of a process of deliberate unmaking: each frame was printed out, physically altered by hand, and infused with material traces. What emerges is a film where each surface bears the tactile memory of loss, and each frame becomes a quiet act of resistance against erasure.
