September 14 to 16, Ramallah, Gaza, Palestine: 6 Biennale of video art and performance \/<\/strong>si:n<\/strong><\/em>\/<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A partnership between 6 cultural institutions: the Ramallah Municipality – \u0628\u0644\u062f\u064a\u0629 \u0631\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647<\/a>, A.M. Qattan Foundation<\/a>, Les Instants Vid\u00e9o Num\u00e9riques et Po\u00e9tiques\/ Marseille, Eltiqa<\/a>\/ Gaza, Shababek for Contemporary Art\/ Gaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its 6 edition in September 2019, the festival decided to have the main shopping street of Ramallah under the occupation of others eyes.\u201cTo see our own town not only through anthropocentrism but also from the point of view of animals, insects, plants, can reveal another story of the body. To see our own town not only as a space where human being is a minor figure with the role of a consumer, but a space of wanderings, of dreams, of encounters. To change a commercial street into a botanical garden, a zoo, by occupying its shop windows, its stalls, its storefronts, its advertising spaces, means to open a competition between two trickeries, two fantasies: the consumerist happiness and the unspoilt nature\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
