Cultural rights is at the same time a concept, a posture, a process.(Patrice Meyer-Bish)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the axe of\u00a0<strong>cultural and poetical rights<\/strong>, our goal is to take\u00a0actions so that video arts\u00a0are not kept into an enclave, to\u00a0strengthen cooperation of\u00a0the <em>social\u00a0<\/em>and cultural spheres, to intensify\u00a0the possibility of different\u00a0persons<em>\u00a0<\/em>to meet.
