Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, connu sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0happening du peuple\u00a0\u00bb, est autant incarn\u00e9 par l\u2019image que par le discours de Milo\u0161evi\u0107. L\u2019histoire en a fait le pr\u00e9sage de l\u2019effondrement de la Yougoslavie, annon\u00e7ant le bain de sang des guerres yougoslaves.\u00a0<em>Fragments untitled #1\u00a0<\/em>diss\u00e8que l\u2019enregistrement et le flux t\u00e9l\u00e9visuel de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de 1989 afin de signifier l\u2019invisible et de d\u00e9construire la m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p><em>The famous speech of Slobodan Milo\u0161evi\u0107, which took place in Kosovo on June 28th 1989, was performed in front of thousands of people. The National television was streaming it. This event, as known as \u201chappening of the people\u201d, is embodied in the image and the speech of Milo\u0161evi\u0107.
