These plants become emotional proxies for the absent, their wilting and growth articulating geographies of unrest and the indelible scars left by conflict. Elle s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0vie apr\u00e8s la mort\u00a0\u00bb des objets, des mots, de la m\u00e9moire et aux r\u00e9sidus mat\u00e9riels des effondrements syst\u00e9miques. Sa pratique, organis\u00e9e selon une logique rhizomatique, relie le fragment et le ch\u0153ur, le vivant et l&rsquo;absent. En 2025, elle a obtenu son DNSEP (Dipl\u00f4me National de Sciences et de D\u00e9veloppement Artistique) des Beaux-Arts de Marseille, avec une mention sp\u00e9ciale pour son travail vid\u00e9o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Carla Aouad<\/strong> is a Lebanese artist working across video, sculpture and performance. She treats the \u00ab\u00a0after-life\u00a0\u00bb of objects, words, memory and the material residues of systemic collapse. Her practice employs a rhizomatic logic, connecting the fragment and the chorus, the living and the absent.
