Membre du comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9daction de la revue de cin\u00e9ma en ligne Hors-Champ, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, elle a publi\u00e9 de nombreux articles sur le cin\u00e9ma et l&rsquo;art contemporain au Liban. Depuis trois ans, elle \u00e9crit des fragments po\u00e9tiques (44 \u00e0 ce jour) intitul\u00e9s \u00ab La fin du monde est d\u00e9j\u00e0 arriv\u00e9e \u00bb, qui se mue en un projet artistique explorant le texte et l&rsquo;image. Elle a r\u00e9cemment finalis\u00e9 deux vid\u00e9os exp\u00e9rimentales \u00e0 partir de textes issus de ce projet : \u00ab ici, au loin \u00bb (8 min, 2024) et \u00ab d\u00e9j\u00e0 mort \u00bb (7 min, 2024). Son dernier film, \u00ab m\u00e9t\u00e9ores \u00bb (9 min, 2025), est un film d&rsquo;images d&rsquo;archives issues des Archives m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes de Katsakh, une collection personnelle de films documentaires en Super 8 et 16 mm qui capturent des villes et des villages de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e orientale des ann\u00e9es 1930 aux ann\u00e9es 1980, initi\u00e9e par Chantal Partamian en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ghada Sayegh<\/strong> is associate professor at the Institute for Theater, Audiovisual and Cinematic studies, Saint Joseph University of Beirut. A member of the editorial board of the online cinema review Hors-Champ based in Montreal, she has written numerous articles on cinema and contemporary art in Lebanon. She has, since three years, been writing poetic fragments (44 to date,) \u201cThe End of the Word has Already Occurred\u201d, which is developing into an artistic project exploring text and image. She recently finalized two experimental videos using texts from this project, \u201chere afar\u201d (8\u2019, 2024), and \u201calready dead\u201d (7\u2019, 2024).
