Les deux performers r\u00e9alisent le play-back de la chanson en reprenant des poses physiques de soldats issues d\u2019 affiches politiques de propagande russes et chinoises. Le texte est chant\u00e9 sur l\u2019air du film Titanic ce qui pr\u00e9sage une issue fatale \u00e0 ce texte dans le futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Patriotic revolves around the controversial Patriot Act, which was enacted by the US Congress following the attacks of 9\/11. They pick out the passages relating to the security of the USA and the fight against terror. The result it a sweet ode to the USA for several voices with clear homoerotic undertones. Patriotic is full of bombastic, drastic rhetoric and singing soldiers in imaginary uniforms. The two sing as loudly as they can to Celine Dion\u2019s hit from the Titanic My Heart Will Go On.
