Le mordan\u00e7age, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son \u00e9norme pression chimique, alt\u00e8re les tirages en g\u00e9latine argentique, leur faisant subir une transformation lente et progressive. Le tissu du corps et du tirage se brise et une nouvelle vie, de nouvelles formes naissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The work explores the transgender and non-binary body in transition through the 19th century photographic process mordan\u00e7age. The mordan\u00e7age, using its tremendous chemical pressure alters the silver gelatine prints, causing them to undergo slow, gradual transformation. Actuellement, elle \u00e9tudie la photographie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole des Arts, du Design et de l\u2019Architecture de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Aalto dans le cadre d\u2019un \u00e9change.Dans sa pratique artistique, elle travaille principalement avec des images analogiques, fixes et anim\u00e9es. Son sujet d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat tourne autour de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de processus, de changement et de temps, \u00e0 la fois en tant que sujet et en tant que propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques du support photographique et cin\u00e9matographique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Mia Feli\u0107<\/strong> (b. 1993, \u010cakovec, Croatia) is an anthropologist and visual artist based in Tallinn, Estonia where she studies Contemporary art at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Currently she is studying photography at the Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture as part of exchange studies.\u00a0In her art practice she mostly works with analog image &#8211; both still and moving.
