Il ne reste plus que d\u2019anciennes portes ou cadres de fen\u00eatres pour l\u2019imaginer. Il n\u2019y a plus vraiment de fronti\u00e8re entre elle et les versants nord du Luberon o\u00f9 elle repose. Bient\u00f4t, ces points d\u2019entr\u00e9e finiront par s\u2019\u00e9crouler d\u2019eux-m\u00eames, comme le reste des murs et des toitures qui se dressaient auparavant autour. C\u2019est ce mouvement naturel des choses \u00e0 retourner \u00e0 la terre. Mais, quiconque s\u2019aventure \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ces cadres, peut encore voir les sentes des animaux sauvages de passage, entendre les \u00e9chos de la vall\u00e9e environnante ou lire les traces des derniers habitants, comme les motifs d\u2019un portrait \u00e0 saisir, tant qu\u2019il en est encore temps. <em>Syntonie d\u2019une ruine<\/em> s\u2019essaye \u00e0 le faire, au travers des rencontres que la Bastide provoque encore, au travers de l\u2019hiver silencieux qui voit na\u00eetre les agneaux de la bergerie avoisinante, et de ce cycle interminable des corps en mutation.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Bastide du bois has numerous entry points. All that remains are old doors or window frames to imagine it. There is no longer really a border between it and the northern slopes of the Luberon where it rests. Soon these entry points will crumble on their own, along with the rest of the walls and roofs that once stood around them. It is this natural movement of things to return to the earth. But whoever ventures inside these frames can still see the trails of passing wild animals, hear the echoes of the surrounding valley or read the traces of the last inhabitants, like the motifs of a portrait to be captured, while there is still time. Syntonie d\u2019une ruine tries to do this, through the encounters that the Bastide still provokes, through the silent winter which sees the birth of the lambs of the neighboring sheepfold, and through this endless cycle of changing bodies.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"author\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive anim center-block alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lefresnoy.net\/cache\/images\/normannedellec-1pldtifh220w165modeadaptfmtjpg.jpg\" alt=\"Norman Nedellec\" \/>N\u00e9 en 1994, <strong>Norman Nedellec<\/strong> est artiste et cin\u00e9aste. Son travail se situe \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re des arts visuels et du cin\u00e9ma, o\u00f9 ses origines paysannes sommeillent comme un point de d\u00e9part. Par ce dialogue particulier avec le non-humain, ses productions s&rsquo;appuient sur la construction d&rsquo;un paysage \u00e0 la fois documentaire, intime et fabulateur. Il a diffus\u00e9 ses films et vid\u00e9os, et expos\u00e9 son travail \u00e0 plusieurs reprises en France (Vid\u00e9odrome2, Centre d&rsquo;art du Creux de l&rsquo;enfer, galerie Thaddaeus Ropac, Vid\u00e9ochroniques, etc.).<\/div>\n<p><em>Born in 1994, Norman Nedellec is an artist and filmmaker. His work is located at the edge of visual arts and cinema, where his peasant origins lie dormant as a starting point. Through this particular dialogue with the non-human, his productions are based on the construction of a landscape that is at once documentary, intimate and fabulous.
