Il y a toujours quelque chose qui manque dans le cadre vid\u00e9o et qui est stock\u00e9 dans un hors-champ imaginaire qui cache des odeurs, des sensations, des phrases, des doutes. Comment construire sa m\u00e9moire \u00e0 partir de fichiers virtuels? Filmer est comme un ancrage \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, qui commence \u00e0 \u00e9chouer lorsque le robot oublie \u00e0 son tour<\/p>\n

Machines remember and people forget. Why is it that I only remember the moments I have filmed? There is always something missing from the video frame and is stored in an imaginary out-of-field which hides scents, sensations, phrases, doubts. How can we build our memory out of virtual files? Florencia Vallejos<\/strong> est une artiste vid\u00e9o de Bah\u00eda Blanca, en Argentine. \u00c0 l’\u00e2ge de 18 ans, elle s’installe dans la ville de Buenos Aires afin d’\u00e9tudier les arts audiovisuels \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 nationale des arts. Avec Sof\u00eda Genovese et Celina Duprat, elle a fond\u00e9 la compagnie audiovisuelle \u00ab Coral \u00bb en 2014. Elle a suivi des cours avec diff\u00e9rents artistes comme Cristobal Cea, Andr\u00e9s Denegri, Roberto Jacoby, etc. en se concentrant sur l’art vid\u00e9o et l’animation 3D. En 2018, elle est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e pour rejoindre le programme du Centre d’Investigation Artistique avec qui donne naissance \u00e0 la galerie d’art \u00ab La Baranda \u00bb, faisant de l’art dans les balustrades publiques. En f\u00e9vrier dernier, elle a obtenu son baccalaur\u00e9at en arts audiovisuels \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 nationale des arts en \u00e9ditant la th\u00e8se documentaire intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Territorios\u00a0\u00bb de Malena Mart\u00ednez et Irinia Hayipanteli, un travail sur l’union des femmes \u00e0 travers leurs corps dansants. Ce documentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans plusieurs festivals au Canada, au Mexique, en Bolivie et a remport\u00e9 le premier prix du court m\u00e9trage \u00e0 Fiverdance Espagne et le deuxi\u00e8me prix au Laboratoire de vid\u00e9o danse Festival \u00e0 Buenos Aires, Argentine. En tant que vid\u00e9aste, elle a expos\u00e9 en Argentine, au Br\u00e9sil, en Espagne, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Uruguay, au Paraguay, etc. des \u0153uvres comme \u00ab Belleza.zip \u00bb, \u00ab Please Pay Attention \u00bb, \u00ab My documents \u00bb, etc. Et en 2019 pr\u00e9sente UMBRAL*parte lower de una casa*<\/em>, une exposition individuelle avec Karina Acosta comme commissaire au Centre Culturel Recoleta, Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n

Florencia Vallejos is a video artist from Bah\u00eda Blanca, Argentina. At the age of 18, she moved to the city of Buenos Aires in order to study Audiovisual Arts at the National University of Arts. Together with Sof\u00eda Genovese and Celina Duprat, she founded the audiovisual company \u201cCoral\u201d in 2014. She took classes with different artists like Cristobal Cea, Andr\u00e9s Denegri, Roberto Jacoby, etc. focusing on video art and 3D animation. In 2018, she was selected to join the program of the Artistic Investigation Centre with whom gives birth to the art gallery called \u201cLa Baranda\u201d, making art in public railings. Last February, she obtained her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Audiovisual Arts at the Arts National University editing the documentary thesis called \u201cTerritorios\u201d by Malena Mart\u00ednez and Irinia Hayipanteli, a work of the union of women through their dancing bodies. This documentary was exhibited in several festivals in Canada, M\u00e9xico, Bolivia and won first short film prize in Fiverdance Spain and the second prize at the Laboratory of Video dance Festival in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
