Nous construisons notre existence dans le vide de l’espace, entour\u00e9 d’objets. Les atomes, nos corps et l’univers existent dans cette m\u00eame construction. \u00c0 la fois bond\u00e9 et nu. \u00ab\u00a0Crowd\u00a0\u00bb est une vid\u00e9o monocanal qui vise \u00e0 jouer la foule avec le vide dans le cadre de ce contraste.<\/p>\n

We construct our existence inside the void of space, surrounded by objects. Atoms, our bodies and the universe exist within this same construct. Both equally crowded and bare. \u00ab\u00a0Crowd\u00a0\u00bb is a single channel video that aims to perform the crowd with the void in the frame of this contrast.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"RecepRecep Akar<\/strong>\u00a0est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Istanbul en 1979. Il est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement de cin\u00e9ma-t\u00e9l\u00e9vision de la facult\u00e9 de communication de l’Universit\u00e9 de Marmara. Depuis 1998, il a produit des courts m\u00e9trages, des documentaires et des vid\u00e9os, et ces \u0153uvres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans divers festivals et expositions en plus de quarante pays. En tant que forme d’expression artistique, chaque type d’images en mouvement attire son attention et il vise \u00e0 produire des \u0153uvres qui n’ignorent pas les pr\u00e9occupations visuelles et \u00ab parlent \u00bb au spectateur. Il a r\u00e9cemment produit des \u0153uvres principalement dans le domaine de l’art vid\u00e9o et travaille toujours dans sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production vid\u00e9o \u00ab Tridea Productions \u00bb en tant que producteur et r\u00e9alisateur.<\/p>\n

Recep Akar\u00a0was born in Istanbul in 1979. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Communications Department of Cinema-TV in 2001. Since 1998, he has produced short films, documentaries and videos, and these works have been presented in various festivals and exhibitions in over forty countries. As a form of artistic expression every type of moving images attracts his attention and he aims to produce works that do not ignore visual concerns and \u201cspeaks\u201d to the spectator.
